Standard shipping to urban and residential addresses across New Zealand is a flat rate of $8.95 NZD. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Auckland. Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your flask on its journey to you.
Rural delivery is available nationwide at a flat rate of $16.99 NZD. Rural orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your address is on a rural route.
We currently only ship within New Zealand. If you are based overseas, shoot us a message at hello@beyondthemap.co.nz and we will arrange something for you.
Orders placed before 2pm NZST on business days are dispatched the same day or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods like Christmas, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If your tracking has not updated in a few days or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, flick us a message at hello@beyondthemap.co.nz and we will sort it out.
