We want you to be stoked with your Beyond The Map gear. If something is not right, here is how we sort it.
We stand behind the quality of every flask and sticker we sell. If your product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose, we will make it right, no questions asked.
If your flask or sticker arrives faulty or damaged, get in touch with us at support@beyondthemap.co.nz with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer you the choice of a replacement, repair, or full refund including any shipping costs you paid. We will also cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items. We aim to resolve all faulty product claims within 5 business days.
We get it, sometimes things do not work out. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item back and confirm its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that stickers that have been applied to a flask cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you paid via credit card, the refund will appear on your next statement.
