There are 56 destinations spanning the entire length of New Zealand, 28 North Island and 28 South Island destinations.

Standard NZ delivery is $9.99 NZD. Rural delivery is $16.99 NZD. There is no minimum spend or free shipping threshold.

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within NZ. Rural areas may take an extra day or two.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Click the link in the email to follow your parcel in real time.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us at support@beyondthemap.co.nz and we will do our best to make changes. Once it has been dispatched we cannot cancel, but you can return it using our returns process.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original packaging. For faulty products, we will replace, repair, or refund at any time in line with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. See our full Returns page for details.

If the product is faulty or damaged, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers the cost of posting it back to us.

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we process the refund within 5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
